1. Refund Policy Overview

At SafeLife Store, we stand behind the quality of our products. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a 7-day refund policy for eligible products.

2. Refund Eligibility

To be eligible for a refund, your item must meet the following criteria:

  • The request for refund must be made within 7 days of receiving the product.
  • The product must be in its original packaging, unused, and in the same condition that you received it.
  • The product must not be damaged due to misuse or negligence.
  • You must have the receipt or proof of purchase.

3. Non-Refundable Items

The following items are non-refundable:

  • Products that have been opened, used, or had their seals broken.
  • Personal hygiene products where the packaging seal has been broken, for health and safety reasons.
  • Products marked as “Final Sale,” “Non-Returnable,” or “As Is.”
  • Gift cards or promotional vouchers.

4. Refund Process

To initiate a refund, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact our customer service team at refunds@safelifestore.com with your order number and reason for the refund.
  2. Our team will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and return instructions.
  3. Ship the product back to us using the provided return address, including the RMA number on the package.
  4. Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  5. If approved, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.

5. Refund Methods

Refunds will be issued using the same payment method used for the original purchase:

  • Credit/Debit Card: Refunded to the same card used for purchase.
  • Net Banking: Refunded to the same bank account.
  • Digital Wallets: Refunded to the same wallet account.
  • Cash on Delivery (COD): Refunded via bank transfer (you will need to provide your bank details).

6. Refund Timeline

Once your return is received and inspected, the refund process will begin:

  • Approval/Rejection Notification: Within 2-3 business days of receiving the returned item.
  • Refund Processing: Within 5-7 business days after approval.
  • Credit Card/Debit Card Refunds: May take an additional 5-10 business days to reflect in your account, depending on your bank’s policies.

7. Return Shipping Costs

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in the following cases:

  • If you received a damaged or defective product.
  • If you received an incorrect product (different from what you ordered).
  • If the product was recalled for any reason.

In these cases, we will provide a prepaid shipping label or reimburse your shipping costs.

8. Damaged or Defective Products

If you receive a damaged or defective product:

  • Contact us within 48 hours of receiving the product.
  • Provide photos of the damaged product and packaging.
  • We will arrange for a replacement or full refund, including shipping costs.

9. Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order for the desired item.

10. Cancellations and Refunds

For orders cancelled before shipping, a full refund will be processed automatically. Please refer to our Cancellation Policy for more details.
