2. Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1-2 business days after receiving your order confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.

You will receive an email with tracking information once your order has been shipped.

We currently ship to all major cities and towns across India. For remote areas, additional shipping time and charges may apply.

We do not currently offer international shipping.

If you receive a package that appears damaged, please contact us immediately.

9. Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package is lost or damaged during transit:

  • For lost packages: Wait until the estimated delivery date has passed. If you haven’t received your order, contact our customer service team.
  • For damaged packages: Take photos of the damaged package and products, and contact us within 48 hours of receiving the package.

We will work with the shipping carrier to resolve the issue and ensure you receive your products or a refund.
